WHAT IS THE LOVING DIET?

The Loving Diet is soul-based work that is emerging as a new heart-body therapy modality. It is a pioneering approach that goes beyond paleo autoimmune and many mind-body practices and uses loving as a tool of healing one’s life and body.

WHAT ROLE DOES NUTRITION PLAY IN THE LOVING DIET?

NUTRITION PLAYS TWO ROLES IN THE LOVING DIET:

1) Nutrition: the act or process of nourishing or being nourished.  The Loving Diet takes the perspective that true nourishment comes from self-acceptance, cooperation and loving from within.

2) The Loving Diet is a version of the paleo-autoimmune diet which uses an established low-inflammatory diet, along with looking at individualized physiological markers to create a diet for optimal health. 

HOW IS THE LOVING DIET DIFFERENT THAN MINDFULNESS?

The Loving Diet is similar to mindfulness, self-compassion and meditation — in that all of these modalities put us in a state of cooperation, which is also a state of loving. I’ve created this program specifically for those who are struggling with chronic illness. 

IF I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT OR ATTENDED A WORKSHOP, WHAT COULD I EXPECT?

I use a comprehensive autoimmune paleo protocol through blood work, supplements and diet. I give suggestions about how to work with health-care practitioners, nutritional links to impaired physiology and ways to modify autoimmune paleo for optimal health. Energetically, we intuitively uncover blocks or beliefs that may be contributing to health issues. I do this through loving, forgiveness statements and based upon a client’s willingness to change.

I maintain a one-on-one private consulting practice seeing clients via Skype for both Autoimmune Paleo Nutrition and The Loving Diet Program. I also conduct The Loving Diet Workshops around the country. 

My book, The Loving Diet will be published fall 2015.

My spiritual and professional practice is that of loving. It is my understanding with my relationship with spirit, that love and loving is the surest and quickest route while looking through the tunnel of disease.
