I believe it was in this podcast that you mentioned that recent testing showed that you had the Epstein Barr Virus. Can you tell me a little more about this? I recently tested positive for EPV Nuclear Ab.IgG. I’m working with a Naturopath & she suggested the test. I’m 38 & have dealt with a lifetime of battling chronic fatigue. I’ve been working with Naturopaths for the last several years & feeling a lot better but still have a way to go. Would love to hear more about your experiences and what you know about EPV, or where to read more about holistic approaches.

Hi Deborah! Sarah tested positive for it. Her blog is My Mindful Table. Most of the population has IgG to EBV due to having mono at a young age. So you will see that be positive throughout life. Doctors have their own way of deciding it is reactivated. Your ND should be able to help you with that. I am going to write a post about EBV soon with more info! x-jessica
