Holy cow, Jessica. You’re podcasts are SPOT ON. Thanks so much for putting this out here.

I have been in this deep groove for at least a month, finally allowing myself to feel love from God and for the illness I have, as well as trying to really meditate for the first time. It’s a groove I don’t want to climb out of, because I feel so happy. This podcast is very timely. Some time I want to share with you some transformative moments I recently had.

I’m not sure how to receive notifications if you reply to this, so I’ll just check back. 🙂

BTW, I love the part about meditation being non-negotiable AND how he addresses the fact that for people who are new to this, meditation isn’t fun, so by making it non-negotiable the heart and mind know it is okay to have a time-out. I’m used to my sacred quiet time every morning, but I did laugh at his honesty! And I learned a lot about spending time with my HEART, and with that “endearing” personal relationship I have with all of my ‘feel goods’, and the things that I love, and the Source, which for me is my time with God.

Do you think you will ever have transcripts of these wonderful podcasts?

      • Jessica

Hi Gwendolyn! So happy to read your wonderful and love-filled comments. If it helps to hear that I have been meditating for over 10 years and it is still as hard today as it was at first. I keep waiting for it to get easier! 🙂
I really love how you say “you are spending time with your heart” I think that is very powerful medicine. I will see about transcripts!

Ha, yeah! It’s helpful to know about your experience with meditation :). This morning during abhyanga I realized, ‘hey, this is meditation too. I’m meditating!’ I’m finding that stuff–almost everything–doesn’t have to be as hard as I’ve been trying to make it be all these years. Sheesh. Much love and healing to you!

          • Jessica

Gwendolyn, love that! When we are getting meditation in and realize it we ‘work’ more than we thought! 🙂 Thank you for sharing! xx
