How do we make our life work for us instead of against us?

Could the entire nature of disease actually be a gift?

Could joy and abundance be yours in unlimited amounts despite the presence of illness?

Could there be messages in your struggle that are stepping stones to joy?

What is the role of forgiveness and held beliefs in relation to disease?

How can a low-inflammatory diet like the Autoimmune Paleo Diet further your healing?

How do we talk to our doctors and family about chronic illness?

Lets gather together in a loving space and change how we approach our life.

Lets create a road map through loving our struggles to turn obstacles into gift-givers.

All that is required is we ask it to be so.

Join me to change the role illness has in your life.

A Big Howdy From Texas, my name is Gina. Is the workshop going to be available on line. Guess I should go check out the website. I love your website. Im going to start AIP diet tomorrow. Your website is a blessing. I have been on a ancestral diet which is pretty close to a AIP in the past and it helped some. The info about the spices and instant coffee is new to me. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I’ve been dealing with chronic fatigue to the point of being house bound most of the time for one year. I worked with a certified Holistic Nutritionest for seven months. She got me out of bed and on my feet. Unfortunately with her fee, food and supplements I’m now broke. So I’m on my own. I know I have leaky gut, IBS and GERD. I can’t seem to get to remission ugh. I would have loved to have been a part of you study group. Again thank you. You have given me new hope and Insentive. I’m 58 and it’s not as easy as it was when I was in my early 40’s when first diagnosed.

Hi Gina! I am so sorry this is still a struggle for you, and also glad to hear you are doing so much better. Yes, I will be putting classes online. That won’t happen for a few months due to all my other projects I am currently working on, but it is in the works. Thank you so very much for you kind compliments. I am glad you are finding some helpful things on the site. hugs to you my friend! xo-jessica

I am near Chicago and feeling drawn to attending. I just recently discovered your blog and your writing about love and trust being the real foundation for healing really resonates with me. I guess I would like to know a little more about the format of the workshop and how much will be dedicated to the emotional and thought components vs the dietary, which I think I have a pretty decent handle on. Thanks so much!

Hi Kristi..it will focus around more the emotional components. It will be a small group, so I am encouraging everyone to share their story and what is present. I will be working in the intuitive realm with everyone, so spending a bit of time with everyone to look at the energetic makeup of their illness in their lives and how to change their relationship to it. The diet piece will focus around any questions people may have, and not going into the structure of AIP which like you, most people already have a handle on. You can always pm me as well info@aiplifestyle.com xxo-jessica
