I was so very fortunate to meet Julie Stiles, who is a Health and Transformation Coach in the Bay Area. She has recently started The Autoimmune Adventures Podcast which all of you should know about. It is a podcast dedicated to a different look at autoimmune disease. While embracing all of the dietary and holistic elements that contribute to supporting autoimmune disease, this podcast also examines the mind-body elements so crucial in healing plans.
I was a guest on her podcast recently talking about the Autoimmune Paleo Diet as well as the role of loving in healing. It was great fun! I have been listening to the archived shows these last few weeks and love the broader perspective Julie covers in Autoimmune Adventures that are so important in addition to eating the AIP diet. I highly recommend following her facebook page as well.
